This is a guide on how to add new social settings, start by going to the E_SocialSettings blueprint and Click the New button and name it whatever you would like the setting to be called and save.

For this guide my setting will be called New Setting.

Next go to the BP_CGGControllerComponent and in the Class Defaults search for Social Settings and copy the video below.

If you want the setting to be enabled by default tick on Enabled under the SocialSetting.

Next go to the BP_SocialSettingsWindow and compile the blueprint then save it.

Last copy the video below.

You can now find the new social setting in the social settings menu.

To check if a social setting is enable or disabled you can use the nodes below. There are a few different examples.

If checking in the CGGController you can just call the Get Social Setting node and select a social setting. The get component by class nodes component class is BP_CGGControllerComponent.
If your code is in a character blueprint you can use the nodes shown below, the get component by class nodes component class is BP_CGGControllerComponent.
If you are checking a social setting in a widget you can use the Get Owning Player node to get the BP_CGGControllerComponent and from that get the Get Social Setting node. The get component by class nodes component class is BP_CGGControllerComponent.
