Cable Connection Points are the components that cables snap to which allows devices to be connected together. You can add the BP_CableConnectionPointComponent to device blueprints by using the Add option in the Components panel and searching for BP_CableConnectionPointComponent.
You can find the existing BP_CableConnectionPointComponents in the Components panel, when you select a Cable Connection Point component in the Details panel you can changes its settings in the Cable Connection Settings.

Here you can change this components cable connection settings, you can hover your mouse over each settings name to get a tooltip with more info about each setting.
Connection Point Type – This is the type of cable connection this component uses, by default its set to standard meaning only cables with the Standard cable type set in its device settings will be able to connect to this connection point.
Electricity Flow Direction – This determines if this is an power Output or Input connection point.
Display Name – In game when placing a cable if a player looks at a connection point this name will display on screen.
You can move, rotate and scale the BP_CableConnectionPointComponent like any other component this will effect where the Connection Point Component is in your device. You can also set the Static Mesh and Material in the Details panel with the BP_CableConnectionPointComponent selected.
If you want to change the static mesh or material of all the BP_CableConnectionPointComponents go to the BP_CableConnectionPointComponent blueprint in the content browser and in its Class Defaults change the settings there.
