To edit the health settings of a device go to the device’s blueprint and select the BP_HealthComponent in the Components panel, then in the Details panel find the Health Settings category.

Use Health – If enabled the device will use health and will be able to take damage.

Max Health – This is the devices maximum health

Starting Health – This is the health the device will start with when the game starts

You can access the Health variable and Dead variable from the BP_HealthComponent in the device blueprint like shown in the image.
