Go to the BP_MasterWeapon and create a new variable called Range Surface Sounds. Then copy the video below and compile.

Then tick the Instance Editable option.

Next copy the image below, you will need to create a new custom event called Range Sound.

Next add the highlighted nodes shown below, location at the top of the screenshot.
