You can find the camera shake settings in the BP_CharacterComponent Class Defaults, search for Camera Shake.

Here you can totally disable by Camera Shake unticking Enable Camera Shake setting. As well as change the Camera Shake blueprint for Idle, Walking and Sprinting. To find more about the Camera Shake blueprints you can check out Epics documentation here.

You can also disable or set different camera shake settings for when a weapon is held. To do this go to the weapons holdable blueprint and in its Class Defaults you can search for Camera Shake and change the weapons camera shake blueprints for the different character states.
