Go to the BP_MasterThrowableProjectile and delete the ProjectileCollision component in the Components panel.
Select the ProjectileMesh component in the Components panel and copy the collision settings shown below.

Go to the BP_MasterExplosiveThrowableProjectile and copy the video below.
Then select the ProjectileMesh component in the Components panel and copy the collision settings shown below.

Go to the BP_GrenadeProjectile and select the ProjectileMesh component in the Components panel and copy the collision settings shown below, it may already have these settings but check to make sure. If you have other custom throwable blueprints you check their collision settings and make sure they are the same as the image below.
