Go to the BP_MasterRangeWeapon then open the Shooting collapsed node. Next create a new variable called RecoilTarget and set its Type to Rotator.

Then create another variable called CurrentRecoil and set its Type to Rotator. Then create another variable called RecoilTime and set its Type to Float, then tick on Instance Editable and compile and set its Default Value to 0.065

Next copy the image below, make sure after creating and naming the Timeline node you double click it and set its Length setting to 1. You will need to create and name the Recoil Timeline node before you can get the Recoil Timeline variable used for the target of the Set Play Rate node.
