This is a written guide for using Nav Mesh Invokers with Smart AI. Thanks to Reside for creating this guide.

1. Open project Settings – Navigation mesh
2. Enable “Runtime Generation” – “Dynamic”
3. Open project Settings – Navigation system
4. Enable “Generate Navigation Only Around navigation Invokers”
5. If haven’t added yet, add “NavMeshBoundsValue” Actor
6. Scale it as large as your “Game map” like the image below.

7. Open BP_MasterAICharacter
8. Add new component – “NavigationInvoker” https://puu.sh/GBn9Z.png
9. Load your level, Enable navigation (P) and drop “zombie” into your world.
10. Should see grids around the Zombie, which indicates built dynamic navigation
