No im not planing on adding triangular foundation, It would require quite alot of new code being written for something like that.
so is there any guides on adding enemies and enemy AI into the kit? I saw one guide for changing character , is there a guide for changing the armor from cardboard boxes to something else? thanks

also , is there any guides for adding say , new melee animations?
Do you plan to add realistic bullets (physical ) example bullet drop or affected by wind. instead of ray tracing ?

No i have not got any plans to add that at this time. If you wanted to create you own or get another asset for that sort of thing adding it to survival game kit wouldn’t be difficult or time consuming. Many people have already done this before.
Did you perform a network stress test? How many players will stand the server with your asset out of the box

The limit of players is more to do with the engine then the kit. Unmodified UE4 is known to support about 40 – 60 players on a server fairly well, but going above that is when changes to the way the engine networking works start to be needed as well tweaking replication values to still have good performance above 60 players.
